A Thought for the Week
"The most valuable thing you can make is a mistake - you can't learn anything from being perfect." ~ Adam Osborne
"Do not fear mistakes. You will know failure. Continue to reach out." ~ Benjamin Franklin
"After all these years, I am still involved in the process of self-discovery. It's better to explore life and make mistakes than to play it safe. Mistakes are part of the dues one pays for a full life." ~ Sophia Loren
"What would you do if you weren't afraid?" ~ Spencer Johnson
Great quotes! These are great for me today when I'm spending time thinking about how NOT to be a perfectionist. It's okay to make mistakes and for things to be imperfect!

Hi Hilda,
I love the apple!
That last quote is just so profound. What would I do if I weren't afraid? Hilda, this one really has me thinking today. About what it is that holds me back....
Thank you, so much - for this today. You don't know how I needed to hear that. And to think about it...

Hey Dani,
I read your post from today - definitely some synchronicity going on there ;-) So glad you liked the quotes.
Lance,
when I saw that pic it made me laugh and I thought it was perfect - reminded me not to take myself or life too seriously. And I also think the last quote is really profound. I ask myself that question alot, whenever I'm procrastinating or struggling with a question. When I ask myself what I would do if I weren't afraid - what decision would come from the energy of love rather than fear - the answer is often revealed in the very question.
Happy thinking ;-)
