Hi Hilda, another great set of quotes to start the week.
The "health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being" quote is the World Health Organisation's defintion (WHO) - drafted in 1948. And the world is still trying to get round to that way of thinking!
(I used to work in health promotion / public health in a former life. It was one of my favourite quotes.)
