About Me

  • My name is Hilda Carroll and I am a life coach who passionately believes in the ability for all of us to be happy right now, even if right now life is kinda rough! My mission is to help people realise that happiness is an inner state, completely non-reliant on external circumstances, and to help them learn to live joyfully in the present moment (because now is all we really have).

Oh how I love so-called coincidences. I used to date a guy who didn't believe in all this hokey pokey spiritual stuff that I believe in, and who would try to talk me out of what I knew to be true: that there are no random occurrences in this infinitely intelligent Universe we're apart of.

I heard Wayne Dyer talk about coincidences and loved what he had to say. I like the other two quotes you have here, as well. Truly, though, my life has shown me that there is purpose behind every moment, and all of us are intricately linked.

Hi Megan,

I'm so glad you liked them : ) They were inspired by Synchrodestiny, which I'm just back from. It's a course where Deepak Chopra and David Simon teach us to harness the power of coincidence in our lives. If you're interested there's a book by the name too (in the US though it's called The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire).

I too just adore it when I notice synchronicities in my life. It's evidence of the divine at work all around us : )
