A Thought for the Week
"End each day with thoughts of peace. Begin each day with thoughts of peace. Continue thinking thoughts of peace throughout your precious day and happiness will be yours." ~ Unknown
"Happiness, fulfillment, and purpose in life are all inner concepts. If you don't have inner peace and serenity, then you have nothing." ~ Wayne Dyer
"Let loose of what you can't control. Serenity will be yours." ~ Unknown
These are all very moving for me, Hilda. Especially given I've been thinking a lot about this recently, our inner world. And for me, it's making this a priority - spending time in this space - where I can connect fully with my inner thoughts. When I do, I feel so much more connected to what matters to me - and it all flows from a place full of love. When I don't, this all slips. So, it's good to be here today, Hilda, and be reminded of how good this space can be. I love what you're doing here!

Hi Lance,
this is a lesson from A Course in Miracles, choosing peace. Three years ago I started the course three times, but didn't get very far in. This morning I woke up with the inspiration to start it again on my 40th birthday (getting close now ;-) and to celebrate the whole year by progressing through the lessons and completing them all in 365 days.
Care to join me? I'll even give you a two day head start . . .
Hi Dani,
yes indeed, Dr Dyer is one wise dude ;-)

Hmmm...that birthday track - we're on the same track, only I'm just slightly sooner! A challenge, and a head start by two days (how interesting...I know where those two days come from!!). I may just check this out, YOUNG lady...

Things are created twice: first in the mind then in reality. Most people don't understand the principles you have stated above. It takes wisdom and awareness to change our habitual ways on thinking. :-)
